Trust in the LORD

We disciples are to trust the LORD God with all our heart. He offers us the path of true wisdom. Will you trust in him and act upon his leading?

 

 

1 Samuel 30:6. David was greatly distressed; for the people spoke of stoning him, because the souls of all the people were grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters; but David strengthened himself in the LORD his God.

2 Chronicles 14:11. Asa cried to the LORD his God, and said, “LORD, there is no one besides you to help, between the mighty and him who has no strength. Help us, LORD our God; for we rely on you, and in your name are we come against this multitude. LORD, you are our God. Don’t let man prevail against you.”

Psalm 143:8. Cause me to hear your loving kindness in the morning, for I trust in you. Cause me to know the way in which I should walk, for I lift up my soul to you.

Proverbs 3:5. Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding.

Proverbs 3:6. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

Proverbs 22:19. I teach you today, even you, So that your trust may be in the LORD.

Wisdom 1:2. because he is found by those who don’t tempt him, and is manifested to those who trust him.

Sirach 2:6. Put your trust in him, and he will help you: Order your ways aright, and set your hope on him.

Isaiah 50:10. Who among you fears the LORD and obeys the voice of his servant? He who walks in darkness and has no light, let him trust in the LORD’s name, and rely on his God.
